As Horse Trainer, Manuel has developed young horses into Grand Prix champions and Olympic horses. Four of his five Olympic horses started with Manuel at age 4. Three of the four became Olympic finalists.

Manuel designs a program focused on each individual horse or horse-rider combination to achieve its maximum performance.
